1️ Restoration Industry Training
IICRC-Certified Courses leading to advanced credentials
All training fees fully covered by RestorEAZE
Earn raises as you complete courses!
How It Works:
After 1 month: Eligible for a one-day Technician seminar → $0.25/hr raise upon completion
After 3 months: Eligible for multi-day IICRC training (one every 6 months)
First three courses: Cover Water, Fire, and Mold restoration
After the first three: Choose from electives or certification paths → Each completed course earns a $0.50/hr raise
2️ General Business Training
Unlimited access to 17,000+ online courses through Pryor Training Seminars
Choose any topic that interests you—personal or professional development
Get paid for your learning time!
How It Works:
After 3 months: Access to all Pryor courses & certificate programs
RestorEAZE pays your hourly rate for up to 8 hours of training every 6 months

3️ Tuition Reimbursement
Take college courses at CCV, River Valley Community College, or similar schools
Courses can be on any subject—even those unrelated to restoration!
We’ll reimburse tuition for one course every 6 months
How It Works:

Take courses on business, technology, trades, or personal interests
